Graduate Microeconomics I & II or equivalent are prerequisite for this course. If you have a doubt about your ability to follow this course, verify with the lecturer.
Participants will be expected to have read the relevant literature, in particular the "" articles in the bibliography, and to ask questions in class.
The final grade will be based on an essay (15 pages maximum) that each participant will write on a topic covered in the class.
